Thin-walled molds mainly use high-quality steel and very good mold structure to enhance the life of the mold, ensure uniform thickness and adopt excellent cooling system to improve production cycle.
Plastic cutlery production quantity is large, so the knife mould, fork mould and spoon mould require a relatively long mould life. Therefore, we generally use S136 or H13 steel. As for mould runner, we mainly recommend semi-hot runner or hot runner. Ejection will be all automatic drop or use robot. Mould cavity number can be 16-64.
