In order to keep pace with the ever increasing demands of the consumer, the manufacturer good mold design, mould design is the most important step for manufacture a good mold, reasonable mould structure, the suitable ejector system, injection system, cooling system, air venting system, guide system.

We believe in analysing the product design in detail in order to assist the manufacturer in achieving feasible costs in terms of plastic moulding, increasing production speed, avoiding mould repair costs and amendments and making sure the design is great to ensure a long term sale of the end product. We suggest the product manufacturer to opt P20 Steel, 2316 or 2738 steel for production of plastic furniture. Mold flow analysis and achieving the steel hardness is very important for longevity of the mold. Chair and Table moulds are big moulds which also require being well polished and chrome plated.

In furniture moulds there is chance of the spare parts being damaged due to the continuous opening and closing of the mould, hence it is important to use high quality accessories. Also, with a good hardened mould you would be able to avoid flashes at the ends and sides of the product and prevent any kind of repairs. A good hardness is 38 to 40HRC for chair and table moulds

Mould assembling, the mold assembling must be very carefully, check connect of every mould plate; ejector pin, stripper, eject block or slider should move smooth. good technichian manual polishing or plus hard chrome plating keep the chair long time lasting shine.

The mould cooling channel quantities as much as possible and the channel diameter as big as possible. the distance between central line of cooling channel and cavity surface is about 12-15mm commonly, the distance of cooling channels is 3-5 times as cooling channel diameter.the cooling channel diameter is 8mm. the distance between each cooling channel and cavity surface should be same.the cooling should be add if the plastic part thickess is not even.
